Other honors awarded in the 20th century

The honors awarded in the 20th century, which are included in the Collection of School Equipment and Paraphernalia, are very diverse: from civil medals of the Austro-Hungarian Monarchy awarded to deserving and prominent individuals, decorations, medals and plaques of the highest state level for contributions to culture and education and lifetime achievements, to honors awarded on various anniversaries and at various events In the 20th century, especially in its second half, honors were reproduced at a large scale thanks to new and widely available materials which allowed them to be used/awarded to wider circles. The Collection of School Equipment and Paraphernalia presently includes over 150 of them. As new items are added to the Collection on an ongoing basis, it is reasonable to assume that the number of such honors and their diversity will continue to grow.
